Our Philosophy on Reproductions

While we make "facsimiles" of art for many historic organizations (see note below) we do not believe in making facsimiles for contemporary artists. We make beautiful prints, and a print is a work in its own right, why try to make it an exact copy?

What we are interested in is making the best print we can and that means it should be based on the original and not trying to be simply a copy. Of course if you don't agree we can and do make "copies", you are the artist, it's your choice!

Note:
So, when you are doing the tourist thing in Philadelphia you will probably come across an iconic oil painting of a famous figure from American history. It may very well be one of our prints on canvas which is on display while the original is on loan. No, we can't tell you where...
